The ASIA AMERICA Trade Show reserves the right to change company booth positions and numbers on our floor plan when needed.

Foreign companies (Visa denials)
AATS will only acknowledge as exhibitors those companies that have signed and paid their contract payments in full to the ASIA AMERICA official bank account and that said contract has been received by AATS and has been officially signed by an AATS show executive manager and has been approved directly by the ASIA AMERICA show managements Miami’s executive office. Exhibitor must have in their possession corresponding payment receipts and signatures made to AATS. AATS will refund 50% of the payment of any individual contract paid in full up to 60 days prior to the show date with proof of visa denial only from the US Embassy, less commissions paid to representative, expenses and administrative costs incurred prior to the show date. It is recommended that each exhibitor pay their booth costs directly to AATS or through their association or government office. In case of any acts of god or unknown necessities by show management, exhibitors and representative accepts new show date changes. Exhibitor must present to AATS the visa denial letter from the US Visa office to apply for any refund.
